About Public Storage
This Olathe Public Storage sits on the self-storage side of things but handles vehicle and boat storage too, along with moving supplies. It's rated 4.9 out of 5 across more than 300 Google reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a storage lot. Reviewers talk about the property manager, Terri, more than anything else. People describe her as thorough and quick to sort out problems, and one reviewer said she'd do whatever it took to fit their needs. Another praised Antjuan for walking them through opening a unit calmly and patiently. Several mention the place looks new and stays clean, and the elevator gets steady mention too. On the practical side: you need insurance on your unit no matter what, and the office sells a lock and key plus coverage if you don't have your own. The lot out front is roomy, and there are cameras on site. Online rental lets you skip the counter. Hours are posted, so check them before you haul the rig over.
