About Public Storage
Public Storage runs a self-storage yard on South 86th Street in Omaha, and RVs, boats and cars are part of what it takes. Parking comes in two flavors: open drive-up spots outside, or enclosed 10x20 and 10x30 units with rollup doors you drive straight into. Spots are gated and covered by cameras. Reviews land at 4.4 stars across 390 of them. The good ones talk about staff who answer questions and know their stuff. One reviewer named Sabrina the property manager and called her timely and professional, and said the units were clean. Another praised Alex for making the paperwork fast and clear. Not everyone is happy. A few people describe rude staff, and some have posted about flooding and locks turning up open. Renting can be handled online, and reserving a space costs nothing up front. Hours are posted, so it is not a 24/7 counter.
