About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Orland Hills side of things runs a self-storage site that also lists RV, boat and automobile storage among its categories. Units range from small 5x5s up to large 10x30s, plus large parking spots for rigs that need a slab instead of a roll-up door. Access is 24/7, and you can reserve online before you ever show up. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Brenda gets named over and over for being patient, easy to work with and quick to sort out billing issues. One business customer has kept a unit here about six years and calls it a clean and safe setting. Others mention the online reservation was straightforward and the move-out process went easy. The rating sits at 4.9 across roughly 697 Google reviews, which is a lot of people bothering to say something nice. Entry and exit through the app got a specific shout-out for bad weather days. Worth a look if you are parking on the southwest side.
