About Public Storage
Public Storage in Orlando runs a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle parking, with indoor units and a boat mentioned among the storage options. The property is open 24/7 and has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Online rental lets you skip the counter and go straight to your unit. Reviewers often call out the staff by name, with Daya and Angel getting shout-outs for being friendly and clear. One customer said Angel explained everything clearly and was very personable. Others mention quick and easy move-ins. The rental process gets mixed feedback, but many long-term customers say they've been treated with respect. Not every review is glowing. A few people describe maintenance problems like ceiling panels coming down and water in their items. Others note limited support and rent increases with short notice. The facility has a 4.8 rating from 730 Google reviews, so most experiences are positive, but it's worth checking the unit yourself.
