About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Orlando and handles more than household goods. Covered, indoor and outdoor storage is available, and the lot takes RVs, boats and cars alongside regular units. Gates are electronic with keypad entry, and customers have access around the clock. Reviewers keep naming the staff. Stephanie gets credit for walking people through units, giving full tours and answering questions without rushing. Tammy is mentioned for sorting out insurance snags, and Joe helped someone who came back for a second unit. One reviewer called the process smooth and said the associate went further than expected. Not every story is clean. A customer described a reservation sent to the wrong location and several calls to fix it. The online rental option lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space costs nothing up front. The office is on site if something needs sorting in person.
