About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Orlando and rents both indoor and outdoor spaces, including drive-up units that fit an RV or boat. The largest option is a 10x30 enclosed bay with a rollup door. Smaller climate-controlled units are inside if you want your gear out of the Florida heat. Gate access runs 24/7. Reviews are overwhelmingly positive, and one staff member, Gem, comes up by name again and again. People describe her as patient and informative, walking them through prices and security without pressure. Several mention the online rental and the app, and a few say she helped them sort out a payment or account issue on the spot. The place is described as clean and easy to reach. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer reported roaches in their unit and damage to their belongings, and complained about prices changing. Plenty of others recommend it without reservation. Worth a look either way.
