About Public Storage
Public Storage in Owings Mills keeps covered, indoor and outdoor spots for RVs and boats, plus car and business storage. The lot is gated with keypad entry and lights, and renters can get in any hour. An on site manager handles day to day questions. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything. Stephanie comes up by name often, described as patient and helpful, and one reviewer says she found a different space when their camper did not fit the assigned spot. People also call the grounds and units clean, and several mention the rental process moving fast. A few longtime renters say rates have crept up over the years but still call them reasonable. Not everyone is sold. One reviewer warns about fees added at signing and says some doors need a shove to open. Worth asking about the full cost before you commit.
