About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Pasadena and offers outdoor drive-up units in the 10x15 and 10x20 sizes, plus smaller inside units on the ground floor or off the elevator. The property is gated, and there is wheelchair accessible parking and an accessible entrance. Reviewers keep bringing up Chris, the manager, by name. They describe him as friendly and efficient, and several say he walked them through the space and made the rental easy. One long-time customer since 2016 credits him with keeping things smooth through an office move and a unit upgrade. Others mention a clean facility and easy parking. Not every review is glowing. One customer called the phone app awful and said rent went up 25 percent a few months after signing on. Another had a string of frustrations with app access. It is worth noting those complaints center on the app and billing, not the staff or the units themselves.
