About Public Storage
A Public Storage location in Philadelphia that handles more than household goods. The lot takes RVs, boats and cars, with covered, indoor and outdoor options listed. Gate access runs around the clock, so you can pull in or out on your own schedule. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name. Traci comes up often for knowing which unit fits a trailer, down to where it sits in the lot and ground clearance. Others describe her as friendly, patient and good at explaining charges without rushing. One person said they found the place through a friend and liked the no-pressure approach. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained that no one was on site when they showed up and said they were told about a payment problem and a possible sale of their unit after the fact rather than before. Worth reading through the reviews yourself if you are weighing a spot here.
