About Public Storage
Public Storage in Plano runs both indoor units and outdoor parking, and the lot handles RVs and boats as well as cars. Outside spots come with drive-up access, so you pull in and park without hauling gear through a building. Several larger outside units have rollup doors. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One person said they were treated like a valued customer after shopping other storage places, and others mention employees answering questions patiently and taking time to walk them through the process. Easy setup and informative staff come up often in the 162 reviews, which average 4.8 stars. People also call the property clean and secure, and a few mention reasonable rates. New units get a lot of mentions in reviews, and some renters note the gated entrance. The office gives personal attention and has been doing it a long time, so if you want to see the lot before you commit, ask about that when you reserve.
