About Public Storage
This Plano Public Storage is a self-storage facility that also shows up under RV, boat, and automobile storage categories. The listed units are climate controlled and go up to 10x25, with some on the ground floor and some reached by elevator. Doors are rollup or swing depending on the size. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Marley gets named for walking people through unit sizing without pushing an upsell, and Muhammad and Valerie come up too. People also mention quick setup, dollies on hand, and a clean climate controlled unit after move-in. A few call the location safe. Not every review is kind. One complaint says the website advertises 24/7 access but the elevators shut down at night, which cut a move short. Another describes a long wait with no one in the office, dirty restrooms, and trash around the building. The office has posted hours, so plan around them if you need to sign paperwork on site.
