About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Portland and handles more than boxes. The lineup includes covered and indoor spaces, plus large drive-up units with rollup or bay doors, and some of the 10x25 and 10x30 spots are set up for vehicle parking. Access runs 24 hours, so you can pull in when the streets are quiet. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Paula and Kimberly get named for being kind and helpful, and people describe the sign-up as smooth and fast. One long-term renter has been here since 2014, downsizing from a 10x25 to a 10x15 along the way. Others mention clean units and packing supplies on hand. The flip side is rates. A couple of reviewers saw their rent climb after signing, one nearly doubling in six months, and point to the contract language about increases. Worth reading the fine print before you commit.
