About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Puyallup and rents indoor, climate-controlled units in a range of sizes, from small 5x10 up to large 10x20. Some are on the ground floor with rollup doors, others are upstairs with elevator access. The facility is open 24/7, and you can reserve online for free with no commitment. Reviewers often bring up the rental process, and most of it can be handled online before you show up. Several people mention staff by name, including a site manager who walked a customer's sunglasses out to them and an employee who helped someone sort out which boxes and unit size they needed. A few reviews note that the office isn't always staffed, and some mention rate increases over time. If you want to skip the counter, the eRental option lets you go straight to your unit. Online reviews run 4.6 stars across 592 ratings. Call ahead if you need hands-on help with paperwork or a lock.
