About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Raleigh side handles more than just household goods. The listing covers covered, indoor and outdoor spots, and boat and RV storage are both named among the services. Access is gated and keypad-controlled, with entry available around the clock. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 371 ratings, and the positives cluster around a few things. People mention the clean grounds and atmosphere, the online rental process, and staff who came through when a reservation went sideways. A few reviews credit specific employees for sorting out unit changes and billing snags. Not every review is kind. Some complain about rates climbing, broken unit doors and latches, and a gate that would not open by code or app. A couple of people describe rough phone calls with the corporate side. Worth reading through before you sign, the same as anywhere.
