About Public Storage
This is the Public Storage on the Ramsey side of the north metro, and the reviews pile up in its favor. It sits at 4.8 stars across more than 400 Google reviews, which is a lot of people taking the time to say something nice. Most of what they mention is the staff. Reviewers name Krystal and Tiffany for answering questions, walking them through payment options, and even coming out to a unit to help. One person called the employee funny and professional in the same breath. Others describe transfers to bigger units going smoothly. Units here are mostly ground-floor drive-up with rollup doors, from 5x5 up to 10x20, and there is an enclosed 10x20 option. A few smaller inside units sit near the door. Access is 24/7, and you can rent online and skip the counter.
