About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage on Liberty Road in Randallstown, and it handles more than boxes. The listing covers RV storage, boat storage and car storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options mentioned. The lot is gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and it is open around the clock. There is an on-site manager, drive up access, and a moving supply store if you need boxes. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name, especially Sabrina, calling her friendly and patient and saying she made the rental process smooth. One long-term tenant said customer service is wonderful and problems get handled right away. Another praised how clean the unit, store and grounds were. Not every review is glowing. One customer reported water damage, mold and mice in an original unit and said they never got compensation for items thrown out. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
