About Public Storage
A Reno storage spot that's earned a 4.7 rating across 419 Google reviews. It's gated and open around the clock, and the site also handles vehicle storage alongside regular units. Office staff get a lot of credit in the reviews. Erica's name comes up again and again from people describing her as helpful, polite and quick to answer questions about units, contracts and billing. Reviewers also mention the property staying clean and well kept, with leaves swept up when they blow around. A few note the office smells like cinnamon. One person mentioned being unsure where their unit was and having staff step out to help without being asked. If you're parking a rig here, call ahead about what fits. Reviews touch on the general storage experience and service more than RV specifics, so it's worth confirming the details before you commit.
