About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Renton and handles more than household clutter. The listing includes covered, indoor and outdoor spots, and RV, boat and car storage are all named among the services. Access runs through an electronic gate with keypad entry, the property is lit, and renters can get in around the clock. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Lisa and Analea come up by name for being kind, patient and easy to talk to, and several people mention the rental process going quickly. Others describe the grounds as clean and say they feel secure there. One reviewer moved over from a Uhaul location a few miles away after a reservation went sideways. Not everyone is happy. A few reviews complain about the website and app failing when it came time to pay, and one renter had trouble with an old, rusty garage door. The facility offers drive-up access and an on-site manager, and reservations are free with no commitment. Online eRental lets you skip the counter.
