About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Richland Hills and rents both outdoor drive-up parking and indoor units. You can park an RV, boat or other vehicle on uncovered ground-level spaces with drive-up access, or step up to enclosed outdoor units in 10x20 and 10x30. Indoor 10x10 and 10x15 units are available too, some with rollup doors. The facility has cameras and the lot is described as clean in a lot of reviews. Staff come up often in the feedback, and reviewers name Ashley and Latricia for being helpful and patient with questions. One reviewer said the move-in went smooth, and another mentioned the price was fair. Not every review is glowing: one person complained about a gate app that stopped working and a rent increase. Reserving online is free and there is an eRental option if you want to skip the counter. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Call ahead for hours before you haul the rig over.
