About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Richmond side runs a self-storage setup with indoor, climate-controlled units. Sizes go from 5x10 up to 10x25, and most are inside units with elevator access and rollup doors. A few 10x10s sit on the ground floor if stairs and elevators aren't your thing. The place is open 24/7, so you can get to your rig or your stuff on your own schedule. Reviewers mostly talk about the staff. People keep mentioning Anita and JP by name, calling them patient and helpful, and several say the rental process went faster than expected. One reviewer said the manager answered every question before they even asked it. The reviews are not all glowing. One person wrote that the air conditioning in their unit had been out for a while without notice, though they did get part of their money back. Bring your own lock or buy one on site, since lock replacement comes up in reviews. Worth a call before you haul the RV over.
