About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Richmond side offers outdoor drive-up units in a few sizes, from small 5x10 up to large 10x30. That means you can pull your rig right up to the door. Access is 24/7, so you're not locked into office hours. Booking online is an option, and some reviewers mention the kiosk and easy online process. The place has a 4.4 rating from over 200 Google reviews. Reviewers often call out the staff. One person said Kim takes pride in her work and made the experience pleasant. Others mention management being on site daily, nice, and easy to reach. The word "sweet" comes up more than once. People also note the space and the convenient location. Not every review is positive. Some folks had trouble with billing and unit availability, and one person had a door come off its track. It's an older property, and a few reviewers say it shows. If you want a straightforward outdoor spot with round-the-clock access, it's worth a look. Just read the recent reviews and see for yourself.
