About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Ripon side of things runs a straightforward self-storage lot with outside, drive-up units ranging from 5x5 up to 10x30. If you're parking a rig, those drive-up spots are the ones to ask about. Online rental lets you skip the counter and head straight to your unit. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and two names come up a lot: Norma and Rissa. People describe them as patient with questions, thorough at move-in, and the reason they picked this place over another. One renter said Norma went beyond what they expected. Another has stayed two years and moved to a bigger unit without trouble. Folks also mention the property staying clean and 24-hour access being a big help for people who can't get there during the day. One reviewer learned 24-hour access can be added for an extra monthly fee. The facility is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. It's rated 4.9 from 303 Google reviews.
