About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Rockaway handles more than just household goods. They list RV, boat, and car storage among their services, with covered, indoor, and outdoor options mentioned. The place is gated with keypad access and lit, and it's open 24/7. Reviewers keep bringing up Dawn, the manager. They call her polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, and several say she made the rental process easy. The facility itself gets described as clean and well maintained. One reviewer did flag snow and ice on the pavement as a problem. There's an on-site manager and drive-up access to units. You can reserve online for free, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter. If you're parking a rig here, it's worth asking about the specific setup for RVs when you reserve.
