About Public Storage
Public Storage in Romeoville runs a self-storage and vehicle storage site with inside and drive-up units, from 5x5 up to 10x20. The lot sits on 24/7 access, so you can roll in after hours. Online eRental lets you skip the counter and go straight to your unit. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name, and not for small things. One driver got help with a car key remote battery from Jim, who stepped in when they were otherwise stranded. Others point to Al and Shalonda for walking them through the rental process or switching an agreement when the website gave them trouble. A newer review says the place has been taken over and the current manager dropped their monthly rate right away. People also call the storage units clean and the office neat. The website gets props for being easy to use, and more than one reviewer mentions the convenient location and hours. If you're parking a rig near Romeoville, this spot has the size range and the access hours to make it work.
