About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Roswell and offers a mix of inside and drive-up units, from small 5x10 to large 10x30. Some units are climate controlled, and the property is gated and lit. You can get in 24/7. Reviewers often mention the staff, especially Denise and MJ, for being helpful and friendly. One reviewer called Denise a 5-star employee. But others have had problems, like a broken lock that left them locked out, and a virtual manager setup that felt unhelpful. A few also say the price has gone up a lot since 2022. If you want a spot in Roswell with drive-up access and someone on site who knows the units, it's worth a look. Just check the current terms and access setup before you commit.
