About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Round Rock and handles more than household goods. The listing includes RV, boat and car storage in covered, indoor and outdoor options, so you can pick based on how much weather cover you want. The lot is gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and lighting is part of the setup. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One name shows up again and again: Olga, praised for walking people through the app and helping them choose a unit. Others call the facility safe and well maintained, and a few mention a billing issue that got resolved. There are some rough edges in the reviews. One person showed up on a Saturday afternoon to find no staff on site, and had trouble finding their unit through the app alone. Hours are posted, so check them before you drive over. The eRental option lets you book online and skip the counter. Reserving a space is free with no commitment.
