About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Sacramento and takes RVs, boats and cars along with regular household storage. You get covered, indoor and outdoor options, plus drive up access for rigs that need it. The property is gated with keypad entry and lit, and there's an on site manager. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Liz gets named a lot for being kind and patient, and for walking people through the process step by step. Others mention Shaneca and the front office crew answering questions and setting up online accounts. One reviewer said the office was clean and the unit was the right size. Not everything is glowing. One person complained that they were put on a row a Uhaul truck couldn't get down, and wished they'd been told before signing. Worth keeping in mind if you're hauling something long. Reserving is free and you can do it online.
