About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the grid in Sacramento offers indoor and drive-up units that work for RVs and boats. You can roll up to a 10x30 outdoor unit with a rollup door, or pick a smaller inside space if you just need to stash gear. The place is open 24/7, and they have an app for gate access. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Maria, Clai, Melody, and Petra come up for being patient and knowing the property. One person said Clai showed them a few units until they found the right one. Another liked that Melody walked through the rental agreement and helped set up the app. Most of the 378 Google reviews land at 4.9 stars, and the common thread is helpful people and a secure lot. There's a sour note too: one reviewer said a cancellation didn't go through and ended up in collections. Worth reading the fine print on any promo. For a straightforward spot with easy in-and-out, this one gets a lot of local nods.
