About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Claxter in Salem rents both indoor units and outdoor drive-up spaces, including large parking spots for RVs, boats, and vehicles. You can pull right up to the door on the outside units. The 10x30 and 10x20 spaces are enclosed with rollup doors, and smaller 5x10 and 10x10 units are available too. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff. One person said the manager Amanda keeps the place spotless and is caring and helpful. Another mentioned Jason calling twice about a forgotten lock and walking them through everything. Others describe the rental process as quick and easy. A few reviews are less kind, mentioning theft and trouble reaching anyone in the office during posted hours. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and there is an eRental option if you want to skip the counter. The company says it has been giving personal attention for nearly 50 years. Hours are posted, but the office is not open around the clock.
