About Public Storage
This Salem Public Storage handles more than household goods. The listings include RV, boat and car storage, and the lot offers covered, indoor and outdoor options. Access runs through an electronic gate and keypad, and the grounds are lit. Reviewers single out the staff. Sarah walked one customer through a unit and how to load it, and Bernard drew praise for being professional and helpful. Chris got a shout too. People also mention the location and how clean the place is. One mover liked that it was drive up with no elevator to deal with. Rent went up 42 percent after five months for one reviewer, who passed on it and mentioned it as a warning for short-term users. That is worth knowing before you sign. The facility offers free reservations with no commitment and an online eRental option so you can skip the counter.
