About Public Storage
Public Storage on the city's west side offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and cars. The property is gated with keypad access and lit, and there's drive-up access for easier loading. Online eRental is available if you want to skip the counter. Reviewers often highlight the staff by name. Liz gets mentioned for being direct and helpful without being pushy, walking people through lock use and prorated rent. Richelle and Barbara also come up for courteous service, like moving someone to a bigger unit when the first one was too small. The property is described as clean, and the rental process as easy. One reviewer had a bad experience with unposted hours and a closed office, so it's worth confirming the schedule before you drive over. Otherwise, the 4.8 rating from 732 reviews suggests most people leave satisfied.
