About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the San Antonio side handles RVs, boats, and vehicles alongside regular household storage. You can pick from uncovered drive-up parking, enclosed drive-up units, or indoor climate controlled spaces if your rig needs more shelter. Staff get most of the praise in the reviews, with Thelma named again and again for walking people through codes, unit numbers, and account questions. Reviewers also call the place clean, neat, and efficient. One business customer said she spent about 45 minutes helping them sort out details for a multi-unit walkthrough. Not every review is glowing. Several people mention rats and mice, with reports of chewed items and droppings in hallways, and a couple say the climate control wasn't always working. Others had trouble reaching anyone when they raised a problem. It's worth asking about pest history and the climate system before you sign.
