About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in San Antonio and runs as a self-storage facility, with boat storage among the options. The gate works around the clock, so you can get to your rig outside normal hours. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Darius gets named for finding a bigger space when the first one was too small. Adriana and Mia answered questions before a boat went into a secured unit. Barbara drew praise for helping with a smile. Others mention a location that's easy to reach and staff who walk first-timers through the process. Not every review is glowing. One customer reported a break-in and a door that stayed broken for hours. Another cited a crinkled door and a gate Bluetooth that quit working, alongside a rent increase. Worth reading the full reviews alongside the 4.9 rating.
