About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in San Antonio with climate-controlled inside units, some on the ground floor and some reached by elevator. Sizes run from 10x15 up to 10x30. Access is 24/7, and the property has wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 302 Google ratings, and people bring up the elevators and cameras often. Cleanliness comes up too, along with the climate control. Several reviewers name Amanda specifically, describing her as patient and knowledgeable and saying she walked them through the options before they signed. One long-term renter of about five years points to the staff as the best part of the place. The feedback is not all warm. Some reviews describe poor customer service and a lack of carts, so read the recent ones before you commit. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter. Call ahead if you need specifics on which unit fits your rig.
