About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in San Antonio and handles more than just household boxes. Covered and indoor storage are both available, and the unit list includes 10x30 spaces set up for boats or vehicles, with drive-up access so you can pull right to the door. Some units are climate controlled, and the property is wheelchair accessible. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Over a hundred reviews mention helpful employees, and a few name Susan and Elias specifically for walking them through questions and logistics. People also call the property clean and well kept, and more than one mentions feeling safe leaving belongings there. The complaints are worth reading too. Multiple reviewers describe rat and mouse problems, with belongings damaged after a couple of months or longer in a unit. Ratings sit at 4.5 from 501 reviews, so most people are satisfied, but if pests are a dealbreaker, ask about it before you sign.
