About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in San Antonio and rents indoor and outdoor units, from small 5x10 ground-floor spaces up to large 10x25 drive-up units. Boats and RVs are listed among the vehicle options. A climate-controlled 10x10 is available if you want your gear out of the Texas heat. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, and one name comes up again and again: Beverly. People describe her walking the property, keeping it neat, and calling back the next morning about a lock swap. Others mention Mia getting a unit ready the same day. Several reviews say the property is clean and the rental process moves fast, online or over the phone. One reviewer did flag repeated rent increases over time, so read your lease terms closely. Access runs around the clock, and you can reserve online and skip the counter. Online rental and phone support both come up in reviews. Parking and the entrance are wheelchair accessible.
