About Public Storage

This Sarasota location is a Public Storage facility, and the rating sits at 4.8 stars across 404 Google reviews. People keep bringing up the staff by name, especially Dale, who gets credit for walking customers through paperwork, showing them units, and even sweeping out floors. Units include indoor climate-controlled spaces and outdoor drive-up options. The larger 10x20 outside units are set up for vehicle parking, and indoor 10x10s and 10x15s come with rollup doors. Some sit near the door or elevator if you'd rather not haul things far. Cameras cover the property and access runs 24/7. Reviewers mention a clean facility and an easy signup process, though one customer wrote about a rate increase that a manager later lowered. Boxes are sold on site. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot are both available.
