About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Boxington Way in Sparks and handles more than just household overflow. The unit list runs from small 5x10 inside units up to 10x25 and 10x30 spots meant for boats or vehicles, plus several drive-up outside units in between. Covered storage gets a mention too. Gate access runs around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Krystin gets named often, described as helpful and responsive, and one long-time customer calls her a pleasure to do business with. People also note the property stays clean and secure, with one reviewer mentioning no bugs or mice in the units. The app makes renting and paying simple, and a few folks mention a follow-up call after move-in. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer warns about promotional rates that climb over time and a rent increase after giving notice. Worth reading the fine print before you sign. The office is wheelchair accessible. Booking is free with no commitment, and you can rent online to skip the counter.
