About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Spartanburg and covers more than self storage. RV, boat and car storage are on the list, along with covered, indoor and outdoor spots. Drive-up access makes it easier to load and unload, and there's an electronic gate with keypad entry and lighting around the property. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Brandy and Pat get named a lot, and people describe them as kind, helpful and quick to follow up. One customer moving from Michigan said Pat called to confirm the reservation before arrival and walked them through everything. Others mention renting through the app and getting access right away. It's not spotless in the reviews. One person complained that rates went up and that break-ins through the unit ceilings weren't communicated well. Worth reading the full reviews before you decide. Reservations are free with no commitment, and the property is wheelchair accessible.
