About Public Storage
This Springfield Public Storage sits on the self-storage side of things, but the same lot handles cars, boats and RVs alongside household units. Drive-up access means you pull right to the door instead of hauling gear down a hallway. The 10x10 and 5x10 units have rollup or swing doors, and the 5x5 works for smaller loads. Access is 24/7, so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff: Toya, Miranda, Randa and Andrew H all get named for being kind, patient and good at answering questions. One customer mentioned getting a lock issue sorted the same day they came in. The place holds a 4.6 rating across 333 Google reviews. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are on site. Not every detail is listed here, so call ahead if you need something specific.
