About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in St. Augustine and rents climate-controlled units in a range of sizes, from small 5x5s up to 10x20s. Some are inside on the first floor, others are upstairs with elevator access. There's also storage for cars and boats here, plus a moving supply store if you need boxes. Reviews mostly come back to the staff. Keith and Jasmine get named a lot, and people describe them as patient and thorough, walking first-timers through the process and answering questions without rushing. One reviewer said the whole thing felt easy and stress-free. A couple of things to know before you go. The location gets praise for being easy to reach, and online rental lets you skip the counter. Access is not 24/7, though. One reviewer found out the hard way that the gate closes at 9pm, which didn't fit a late work schedule. Ask about current pricing and access hours when you call.
