About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in St. Louis and handles more than household goods. The listing names covered, indoor and outdoor storage, plus boat, car and RV parking. Access runs through a keypad and electronic gate, and the property is open 24/7 with an on-site manager. Reviewers tend to single out the staff, Angie and Megan by name in a few. People describe patient help, questions answered, and a move-in that went quickly. Several call the place clean and the space nice. The online booking gets mixed notes: some found it simple, one person showed up to learn the reservation had lapsed. Not every review is kind. One renter reported mold on clothes kept in a second-floor unit over a summer. Another said trucks could not park inside and the loading area was tight. A third said the unit door was broken. Worth reading the recent ones before you commit.
