About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in St. Louis and handles more than household goods. The listings mention covered, indoor and outdoor storage, and the services include RV, boat and car storage. Drive up access is part of the setup, and the property is gated with cameras and lighting. Reviewers give it a 4.9 across 641 Google reviews. A lot of the praise lands on the staff, especially a manager people name directly. They describe her as knowledgeable and helpful, the kind of person who gets you set up and remembers you when you come in to pay. Unit selection and customer care come up often in the review topics. Not every review is warm. One person complained about rising rates and being told to move everything out to get a lower price. Another said the front desk was empty when they came to move out. Hours are limited, so check them before you drive over with a rig.
