About Public Storage
This Sterling Heights Public Storage handles both indoor units and outdoor parking, including uncovered drive-up spots for RVs, boats, and other vehicles. The lot is gated and open 24/7. Climate-controlled indoor units sit on the ground floor or upper floors reached by elevator. The 4.7 rating across 420 Google reviews leans heavily on the staff. Reviewers single out Teresa and Sonja by name for walking them through the process and fixing mix-ups. Kindness comes up often, and so does cleanliness: multiple people call the facility clean and well organized. Not every review is glowing. Recent ones describe damaged walls, overgrown grass, doors propped open, and equipment like elevators and keypads out of service. Some mention a locked restroom and vehicles blocking the drive-through bay. If you visit, ask about the specific unit or parking spot and look it over first.
