About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage on Hambrick Road in Stone Mountain, and it handles more than boxes. The unit list runs from small 5x10 indoor spaces up to 10x30 outdoor units with rollup doors and drive-up access, and the bigger ones are marked for boats or vehicles. Large uncovered parking spots are listed too, which is often what an RV owner actually needs. It's open 24/7, and the site is wheelchair accessible from the lot to the entrance. The 4.6 rating across 573 Google reviews is mostly about people. Reviewers name Dora again and again, describing her as patient, professional and clear about the rules. One renter said the intro rate beat a nearby location. Not every review is kind. One person wrote about rats in a unit and droppings on their belongings. Others mention a wait in the lot when staff weren't at the desk. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
