About Public Storage
Public Storage in Streamwood has outdoor parking for RVs and boats, along with climate-controlled storage units in a range of sizes. The property is open 24/7 for access, and you can reserve a space online for free with no commitment. Reviewers often mention the staff, especially Frank and Mike, for being helpful and answering questions. One customer said Frank responds faster than lightning to problems. Another praised Mike for making winter storage easy. Some reviews note that cleanliness has slipped at times and that parking spots could use better striping, though Darren gets credit for getting things done.
