About Public Storage
Public Storage runs a self-storage lot on Business Rd. in Suffolk, and outdoor parking is one of the options listed, so there's room for an RV alongside the regular unit renters. The property is gated and lit, with 24-hour access. Climate-controlled units are also in the mix if you need to stash gear indoors. The reviews point one way on staff. Helpful gets mentioned again and again, with several people naming Alex and Domonique as patient and informative during setup. Reviewers describe the place as clean and well-kept, and the loading and unloading as easy. Not everyone is happy. One long-term customer complained that access hours were cut and the monthly price went up after Public Storage took over, and said parking spots are scarce because a manager's car and golf cart occupy some. The rating sits at 4.8 across roughly 100 reviews, so most people land on the positive side.
