About Public Storage

Public Storage runs a self-storage spot in Summerville that also handles RV, boat and auto storage. Reviewers describe the place as fairly new and spacious, and they mention clean units. The climate control gets credit too, with one renter saying items stored for months came out as fresh as day one. Access is set up for big rigs and big loads. People talk about huge elevators and 8 to 10 large carts that make moving stuff easier. The gates and building levels run through an app, and the property is well lit. Staff come up often in reviews, with renters naming Monica, Awny and Terri as helpful and patient during the rental process. One review stands out for the wrong reason. A person who bought a unit at auction said the cleanup deadline felt tight and the office hours were hard to work around. Worth knowing if you ever go that route. The facility is open 24/7 and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
