About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Sunrise serves as a self-storage spot with indoor, climate controlled units and 24/7 access. Reviewers bring up the staff often, and Claudette gets named for walking people through the process and fixing online rental mistakes. People also mention the property staying clean and someone responding right away when there is an issue. Unit options run from medium 10x10 inside climate controlled spaces with elevator access up to large 10x25 outside units with rollup doors and drive up access. Some of the larger outside units are set up for vehicle parking, so an RV can go there. The 10x10 and 10x15 inside units sit near the door or elevator in some cases, which helps on move-in day. Not every review is a good one. A couple of people complained about rent going up, one saying it jumped 50 percent after a few months, and another wrote about a checkout and auto debit promise that was not kept. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
