About Public Storage

This Tacoma Public Storage handles more than boxes. The listings cover RV, boat and car storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options in the mix. The lot is gated with keypad access, and cameras are part of the setup. Reviewers bring up the security cameras and call the place secure fairly often. Staff get the most mentions in the reviews, and most of them are positive. People describe the front desk as courteous and the rental process as easy. One reviewer credited the manager Leonardo by name for walking them through everything on move-in day. Others point to the elevators and the loading dock as handy. It is not all praise. Some reviews describe trouble with unit doors, bills that came out wrong, and rent going up over time. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter on move-in day. The property has been around a long while and offers wheelchair accessible entry and parking. Hours are posted, but the facility is not open around the clock.
